The learning path

One foundation. Four kinds of growth.

Students move at the pace of mastery, with careful technique, consistent practice, and encouragement at every stage.

01
Kindergarten+

Beginner

Students begin once they can recognize and write numbers. Small, repeatable wins make every new movement feel natural.

02
10 Kyu → 1 Kyu

Kyu Levels

Kyu levels descend from 10 to 1. Level examinations are traditionally offered twice a year, in June and December.

03
1 Dan → 10 Dan

Dan Levels

After achieving 1 Kyu, learners enter the Dan sequence, which rises from 1 Dan through 10 Dan.

04
Lifelong skills

Beyond Numbers

Students learn beside peers, encourage one another, and grow through positive challenge and shared achievement.
